Manual Burst Test Bench

Burst test stand is mainly used for proof pressure and burst test of products including radiator, condenser, evaporator, intermediate cooler, core and fan heater, oil cooler, heater, pressure meters, fire equipment, metal joints, valves, hose assembly, pipeline, pipe, pressure containers and pressure transmitter.

1. Peak value recorder: can record the maximum operating pressure of the equipment (hose bursting pressure) and display the current pressure;

4. In case of emergency shutdown, the pressure inside the sample and equipment can be manually released;

5. The sample is installed in the bursting chamber for bursting. The bursting chamber has a safety observation window and lighting lamps, which can easily observe the changes and bursting of the test hose through the observation window; the bursting chamber and the observation window can ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during the test.
