Internal Corrosion Test Bench

The Internal Corrosion Test Bench consists of a main body, a medium temperature control system, a flow control system, and a data acquisition unit, and has the following functions:

2.1.1. The test is set through the interface, and the test is automatically started and completed with one key. The test parameters such as medium temperature, flow, pressure, number of cycles, time, etc. can be set, and the test parameters such as medium temperature, flow, pressure, number of completions, pH value, and running time can be displayed. The machine will automatically shut down when the test ends or an abnormality occurs;

2.1.2. The equipment has the functions of automatic collection, storage and processing of test data, and automatically establishes a test database. The data can be queried at any time and stored for a long time;

2.1.3. The equipment has a report generation function, and the completed test can call out the data to generate a report;

2.1.4. The equipment has the function of saving the set test parameters. The set test parameters can be saved in the computer each time, and can be directly extracted when the same parameters are tested next time without setting them again;

2.1.5. The equipment has the function of recording the time and nature of the faults that occurred in the test, and the operation of the operator;

2.1.6. The equipment has a fairly complete safety function.

a) The equipment has a door opening detection. If the door is not closed, the equipment cannot be controlled to start the equipment heating for testing;

b) The equipment has an emergency shutdown function;

c) The equipment has a liquid level alarm and over-temperature alarm shutdown function for the medium box. d) After the test piece ruptures, the pressure drops rapidly and the test stops automatically;

e) Motor overload alarm shutdown function.
