INTERNAL CORROSION TEST BENCH-TIANJIN GETES TESTING EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD.

This test bench is used for internal corrosion testing of aluminum water tanks and aluminum water/oil coolers under simulated engine coolant working conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "internal corrosion test bench"; the internal corrosion test bench will provide samples (aluminum water tanks and aluminum water/oil coolers) with test evaluation conditions in accordance with ASTM D2570, GMW14167, GMW15737, and SANHUA PHEX Technical Specification to conduct the required tests. The actual technical parameters agreed by both parties in this plan/agreement shall prevail.

The test bench is centrally controlled by an industrial computer, with a Chinese interface to input test parameters, real-time monitoring and control, and has data and curve storage and printing functions.

Test medium: ethylene glycol, antifreeze, DexCool (or similar) coolant and ASTM D1384 corrosive liquid mixture (without sand)

Temperature range: RT+30-120℃, arbitrarily set

Heating rate: 1-2℃/Min

Total flow range: 10-100L/min, adjustable

Pressure range: 0.5-4Bar

Number of test pieces: 1-3 pieces can be provided for testing at the same time

Maximum volume of test piece: Maximum 20L
