The test bench uses water, ethylene glycol or antifreeze as the working medium, and is used for repeated pressure tests (pressure alternation/pulse tests) on pressure-bearing components such as pipelines, heater cores, automobile water pumps, and various cavities.
During the test, the working medium at a specified temperature circulates in the inner cavity of the specimen, and at the same time, a pulse pressure of a certain number of cycles is applied to the inner cavity of the specimen according to the specified frequency, pressure, and curve.
The test bench is fully automatically controlled, the entire equipment is simple to operate, stable in performance, cost-effective, and easy to maintain. The test bench has the functions of automatically performing pulse tests, recording and saving data such as the number of impacts, temperature, and frequency. In addition, leakage faults of systems and components can be automatically preliminarily judged.

Flow only monitors the reading value, monitoring range: 30~300L/min, sensor accuracy ±1%F.S;

Temperature range: RT+10~150℃; fixed value control;

Average heating rate ≤3℃/min; (25℃→150≤45min)
