HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURE BENDING VIBRATION COMPREHENSIVE TEST BENCH-TIANJIN GETES TESTING EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD.

This test bench is a special testing equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the GJB2837A-2017 standard; it meets the requirements of high and low temperature bending and stress reduction tests on steel wire reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene hoses.

It is mainly used to detect whether there are cracks or leaks on the surface of the hose when products such as high, medium and low pressure hose assemblies are bent and vibrated at high and low temperatures. In this way, it can be judged whether the quality of the hose meets the standards.

The equipment consists of an environmental chamber, a pressure system, a bending system, a vibration system, an electronic control and a software system; the pressure system uses a gas-liquid pressurization method to automatically control the pressure in the sample; the bending and vibration systems are automatically controlled by servo motors; the two systems are not used at the same time;

Test medium:

No. 10, No. 12 aviation hydraulic oil or 4106 lubricating oil and X6D-300 high-temperature heat transfer oil

Test pressure:

2~60MPa can be set arbitrarily; pressure display accuracy 0.01MPa

Bending parameters:

Bending angle 180° (mandrel is selected according to the nominal inner diameter of the sample)

Bending time: 4~10s; bending times can be set;

Servo motor automatic control;

Vibration parameters: vibration frequency 70±10 times/min, vibration times can be set; servo motor automatic control;

Environmental chamber: test space length 1300×height 1000×depth 700mm

Temperature range: -60 ~ 240℃, fixed value control;

Maximum number of specimens: vibration system: 1-3 pieces ;

Bending (mandrel tooling): 1 piece;

Specimen specifications: Φ4, Φ5, Φ6, Φ8, Φ10, Φ12, Φ14, Φ16, Φ18, Φ20, Φ25
