The test bench uses high and low temperature resistant antifreeze fluid as the working medium and is used to test the hydraulic pulse pressure fatigue performance of automotive electronic water pump components. During the test, the working medium at the specified temperature circulates in the inner cavity of the specimen, and at the same time, a pulse pressure of a certain number of cycles is applied to the inner cavity of the specimen according to the specified frequency, pressure, and curve;

Test pressure: peak value 0.1~0.5MPa, valley value 0~0.4MPa, can be set arbitrarily
Test frequency: hydraulic alternating frequency: 0.1-5Hz;
Waveform adjustment: sine wave (high pressure/low pressure, frequency, can be set arbitrarily);
Triangular wave (high pressure/low pressure, rise/fall time, can be set arbitrarily);
Trapezoidal wave (high pressure/low pressure, rise/fall/high pressure/low pressure time, can be set arbitrarily);
Linear wave (directly set pressure)
Medium temperature range: -40~130℃±2℃, alternating control; temperature rise and fall rate ≥4℃/min;
