Product Introduction
The test bench is used for high and low voltage, dual medium pulse testing. The test bench is divided into two paths: high voltage and low voltage tests, and the high and low voltage tests run independently in the same system. It can be used for pulse fatigue testing of automotive air conditioning and engine heat exchange system components such as condensers, evaporators, heater cores, radiators and oil coolers, as well as automotive pipelines, hose assemblies, etc.
Functional Features
1. Implement simultaneous or independent operation of high and low voltage pulses in the same operating system;
2. The medium is tested and recovered separately without cross contamination;
3. Support Ethernet for data management and remote monitoring;
4. Workpiece failure alarm, over temperature alarm, liquid level alarm, and fault information prompt function;
5. The number of experiments, pulse pressure, waveform, frequency, temperature and other parameters can be set by the computer;
6. The interface dynamically displays test data and draws real-time time pressure waveform diagrams, with smooth and smooth waveform curves.
