Pioneering and innovative, overcoming obstacles—GTS held the 2025 Technology Department Mobilization Meeting
On March 25, 2025, GTS held the 2025 Technology Department Annual Mobilization Meeting. General Manager Cai Zhixiong held a mobilization meeting for all members of the Technology Department and the core backbones of various departments with the theme of "Pioneering Innovation and Overcoming All Obstacles". The meeting gathered consensus and clarified the path through watching inspirational videos, discussing values and happiness, and taking collective oaths, injecting new momentum into the sprint for the annual strategic goals.

The conference kicked off with a heart-stirring documentary "Xia Boyu's Tenacity and Infinite Possibilities". A documentary about the "legless warrior" Xia Boyu's five battles on Mount Everest in 43 years and his final ascent to the summit shocked the audience. In the video, Xia Boyu's tenacious spirit of never giving up in the face of life-and-death challenges such as amputation and avalanches resonated strongly with everyone.

In the subsequent strategic discussion, General Manager Cai Zhixiong held an in-depth dialogue with the backbone team around the three dimensions of "GTS 's values and happiness system", "2025 plan, goals, and implementation path", and "Technical department requirements and guidelines". He pointed out that quality is no longer a differentiated advantage for companies to participate in market competition, but an entry barrier to enter the market. In today's business environment, price competitiveness, delivery timeliness, product diversity, cost advantages, and value-added services are increasingly becoming the key to improving customer happiness.


Regarding the core strength of the technical team, Mr. Cai Zhixiong, starting from the "work cause and effect chain", put forward higher expectations for the team inside and outside the department, requiring the team to "make efforts no less than anyone else" as the principle, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, and bravely climb the technical peak.
In the "wish list writing" session full of ritual sense, all members solemnly wrote down their annual expectations for career development, team growth, family happiness, and healthy life. These personal "small goals" will converge into the "big blueprint" of corporate development.


Afterwards, all colleagues solemnly signed on a banner printed with "pioneering and innovating, overcoming all difficulties, working together as one, breaking out of the cocoon and emerging as a butterfly" to express their firm belief in working together and striving for the best.


This mobilization meeting is not only a declaration of departure for the 2025 journey of GTS, but also an action guide for the implementation of the strategy. Under the guidance of a clear value beacon, the efforts of every striver will eventually become a source of power for the development of the enterprise.
